The best thing was the area, several good eating spots and was convenient for the university where I was at a conference, however I would not choose to stay here again, I felt it was very overpriced for what it was. I was in a small single room which felt very dated and a bit shabby. One out of three mornings I had no hot water

This property was great. The location made a lot of things accessible. The room was really clean and cozy. No complaints.

Beautiful old building. Local neighborhood feel. Great porridge. Hot showers. Very clean and modern bathroom. Our room was at the back and so very quiet. Restaurants to walk to. Owners were very pleasant and helpful. Easy to get to city center via bus. Enjoyed our stay.

Management responded instantly so I believe they are very invested in their customers. I think the bed mattress should be upgraded. The bathroom floor in our room was a bit water logged and grout needed to be cleaned. I do think this is a safe hotel with a good rate per night.

Too expensive, impression was possibly a two-star place with hard beds, noisy rooms and sloppy painted / decorated. Breakfast could at least be included.
