Loved! Would recommend. We arrived early so it was no issue putting our luggage in the luggage room so we could explore the city. Staff was very friendly and the room was clean and comfortable.

Reasonable location just off Princess St. Facilities fine. Room a bit on the warm side with no obvious thermostat and TV a bit far away from the bed for ideal viewing. However I'm only there to drop my bags off and to sleep.

This property has multiples beds if necessary so it was great for the 3 of us. Plenty of room, tea and coffee and cookies provided daily. Clean and comfortable. Beds were great. Would love to have had more time there. Great place to stay.

Central and Comfy!
Great location! Very comfortable! Nice staff! Highly recommend. There are pubs nearby, as there are near all hotels in Edinburgh, so you will hear some night owls outside on the weekends. This is normal. Just be prepared, bring ear plugs or noise machine if its going to bug you. Also, the shower/tub is on a platform. Be aware & careful when stepping out.
