Lors de notre demande de ne pas pouvoir prendre le petit-déjeuner, le monsieur a directement refusé de nous faire un geste alors qu'il a remboursé la famille devant nous. Je voulais seulement savoir si je pouvais avoir un repas préparé pour partir plutôt le lendemain. Refus total sans excuse. Accueil non souriant.

La chambre est pas mal mais la salle de bain est trop petite

Poor experience
Publié le 15 sept. 2024 sur HotelsArrived and reception very guarded went to room it was tiny photos are from various long angles there is more room in a caravan bedroom! 1 plug for everything! Settee next to bed so you had to climb on it to get in bed. Bathroom was ok shower door needs attention. No restaurant no one could be bothered they were watching football! Asked for ice packs to be frizen for husbands u sulky and they didn’t they left them fluid!!! Wouldn’t care I asked in Turkish!
Breakfast was rubbish plated not buffet style as suggested on the booking site everything was hard obviously been stored uncovered in the fridge and was hard could eat the jam or honey too hard to use, Eggs boiled and green inside due to over cooking and this was 8am don’t start till 8? Asked for coffee and had to pay extra for that even tho free in the lobby. A total disaster would not recommend anyone with any sense to stay here. I booked on recommendations on hotels.com site all I can say is they are easily pleased my opinion rubbish next time will stay at usual Hilly hotel. Plus silver reward of free beverage was not honoured just laughed at the statement on the booking. Poor poor poor.
