Unfortunately, the noise isolation between rooms was inadequate. I could hear loud conversations and other activities from neighboring rooms, which made it difficult to relax and get a good night's sleep. It was particularly disruptive at night.

The room was very large and spacious. Beds were cozy. The recently renovated bathroom was beautiful. Gym was a nice bonus. Breakfast was great and convenient. Nice to have a kitchenette too altho it is dated but working.

No Smoking rooms are false advertising
Decent place for the price with friendly staff, but my room reeked of smoke. Disgusting. There was also I no smoking sign on the door which clearly meant nothing. There were cigarette burns on the nice tub obviously people smoking in the bathtub so this place must appeal to hockey teams and oil rig workers.

Price was right. Deposit wasn’t expensive. The staff were great. Breakfast was good. Rooms were clean and comfortable. This will be my ‘go to’ place to stay from now on. Me and my 2 boys had a very pleasant stay here.

The lady at reception, Becky, was great - so friendly and helpful - a definte asset to your hotel! The room was comfortable and the breakfast offerings were great. Overall, this is the first time we have stayed at your hotel but wouldn't hestitate to stay again and recommend to family and friends. Quick and easy to get to the UofA hospital!!
