C'était confortable et bien globalement, la seule chose était l'odeur d'humidité dans notre chambre peu accueillante. Sinon le reste était bien !

Reception guy was frendly and polite. The room was spacious but dusty. I have allergy so I had to open the windows to have a fresh breeze. But overall it was a nice stay. Area is surronded by restaurants and safe. Not too noisy.

Brutal! Our first front-desk rep was very pleasant and helpful. She checked us promptly into a fifth floor room (top floor) without telling us that they wouldn't be able to pull off an elevator for our stay. This was nonsense, but what made it worse was the snarky - and I mean snarky Anna at the front desk and two others - who made this much worse by being salty when we asked if the elevators were working yet. Here's an idea: phone the elevator guy and fix it. Failing that, be nice or at least polite. We asked Anna to call us a cab as we were in town for a concert, to which she picked up the phone, hit a couple of numbers, slammed the phone down, and offered no response like "OK, I called it and it's on it's way" suggestion, or, I don't know, SAY ANYTHING! She stood there and looked at us until we walked away and decided to drive after all. This quick stay turned in to an unimaginable hassle, and this hotel is OFF my list.
