So the bed sheets had what appeared to be blood stains that had tried to be washed out on them. So we asked for the bed to be changed but their was no maid service available so ok all good we can change it ourselves. The girl at the desk (young, Caucasian skinny, short with dirty blonde hair, glasses and straight teeth) only gave my boyfriend just a mattress cover and a sheet so I went to the front and said “I’m sorry I think my boyfriend forgot to ask for pillow cases and a blanket too please.”(which I think is pretty fair we would like the whole bed to be changed) for this girl to then proceed to roll her eyes at me. I said “I’m sorry we aren’t trying to be a hassle or anything but theirs literal stains on the sheets and blanket” she proceeded to say “ya but it’s just stains I’m sure it’s been washed but whatever.” She gets the pillow cases and the thinnest blanket I’ve ever used doesn’t even say sorry or look at me. I work in retail I get it customer service sucks but like we pay to stay at a hotel I think it’s pretty reasonable to expect to not have blankets and sheets with stains on it regardless of if it was washed or not and we were both very polite about the whole thing so this attitude wasn't necessary. The jacuzzi tub was lime scaled and had hair in it which I cleaned myself just to avoid miss happy at the front desk having a coronary because something else wasn’t clean. If the standard here is eye roll “I’m sure it was washed though” I think I’ll avoid this place.

This hotel is surrounded with many dining options. So it was super convenient. The room we had slept 6 with a little kitchenette. It was quite roomy. Beds were pillow top but a bit to hard for my liking. Breakfast was quite good with a made to order omelette bar. My favourite was the lady at the front desk she was sweet and kind and made us feel very welcome. I’m sorry I did not get your name but you know who you are!!! Definitely stay here again.
