Pillow comfort level: 10/10! Very friendly and helpful woman that was working front desk. It was very busy but she still smiled and went above and beyond for everyone.

Great price we stay here often… pet friendly and we find it’s easy to get to what we need when we are in town - we enjoy the convenience of the lounge as well

Reception was friendly and professional. Room was very nice with the addition of dishes and cutlery. Housekeeping staff were so accommodating and the bar staff and kitchen staff were exceptional.
There were two items I would like to see added to the washroom…1) a retractable 2-sided mirror on the wall for makeup and shaving and 2) a towel bar near the sink.

The toilet sounded like it had a slow leak so it made a constant leaking sound throughout my 4-day business trip. I would have used the fitness centre and steam room but both were out of service due maintenance/repair issues.

The hotel was nice and tne restaurant breakfast was delicious. Our room however seemed to have not been properly cleaned upon arrival. Food crumbs and hair elastics were on the floor and there was poop on the toilet paper in the bathroom.
