Less than impressed.

relatively prompt response from owner/manager(but no apology)but still more than an hour beyond check in time when finally could enter the suite.Suite was clean(with exception-see below) and looked comfortable; however,it is a basement location and was not advertised as such;
the showerhead looked like it had not been cleaned off in a very long time and the bottom edges inside the shower were growing mold;windows could use a cleaning;also no ear plugs provided and upstairs guests could be easily heard;my first unpleasant-and expensive-vrbo experience.Ended up leaving and booking a hotel.

Hi Lillian, we are very sorry to hear you didn’t enjoy your stay. Your only communication with us was to let us know your code didn’t work—it did, but it seemed you were inputting it incorrectly. Once you messaged us, we immediately reached out to assist. We are sorry you decided to wait an hour to let us know rather than contacting us immediately. Our team checked the lock and the codes and could not find a problem, and indeed others in the home continued to use the same exterior door without issue.
Had we known you were having noise concerns or other issues, we would have been happy to assist and are sorry to hear you didn’t let us know as we would have done everything in our power to make things right. The other suites in the home were rented by a large young family, and they likely didn’t realize the impact they were having on your stay but would have been happy to be more thoughtful had they, or we, known.
Our team takes cleanliness and guest experience seriously, as can be seen by our many positive reviews. We are available 24/7 to assist with any issues, big or small. Any concerns would have been addressed, and we recommend in the future to please reach out to your host to give them opportunity to assist and ensure your experience is great.

We were very happy with this property. Clean, nicely decorated. Good parking. Excellent location for us close to Whyte Ave with shopping and many eating options and within walking distance of our relatives. Easy check in and check out with key passcodes. We will stay here again!

Calming and clean
Publié le 29 juin 2023 sur HomeAwayWonderful stay; great cafe and bookstore nearby. Can walk down Whyte ave to the farmers market Saturday morning. Went the the Winspear for a concert.
Great city with not crazy traffic. Lots to see and do :)

Great communication from hosts
Publié le 26 févr. 2023 sur HomeAwayExcellent stay, very straightforward check in process and the location is unbeatable. Very quick and responsive hosts, with good recommendations for the area. Some Sound transfer from upstairs but I think the property owners do a great job of setting expectations. A bit chilly with the cold snap. I would definitely recommend to others and will likely stay again soon.

Walking distance to Whyte Ave
Publié le 15 sept. 2022 sur HomeAwayYes this property is walking distance to Whyte Ave. About a 15 minute walk which feels short in the summer. This is a basement suite which I didn’t know. There is no AC but it was not hot as it is a basement suite. The couch was not very comfortable and the bedroom is small but there is a kitchen. It’s clean and the property manager was very responsive to my questions.
