Smells very bad
Publié le 30 juill. 2024 sur HotelsThe room have a very strong smell. I'm aIlergic and it was very difficult to stay.
I asked to cancel my reservation, but they didn't accept to refund me.
They changed me of room, but the bad smell was everywhere. I don't from what it cames from, maybe from the old carpet (my guess).
DO NOT eat at Prestons Restaurant.
It is the worst place I’ve ever eaten. I couldn’t eat half of my breakfast order.
Advising someone to take breakfast there makes a bad image for the hotel.

Well located... Friendly staff... Room furnitures...
Only drawback, exotic dancers bar in front of the hotel that could be noisy at closing...

Service was good at the front desk when we arrived. Sometimes parking gets full even though you paid your spot. It is also a public parking. Be careful during weekends. Pool and spa is very old and smells chlorine a lot. Needs love. Room was fine. The cleaning lady’s really do the minimum. The location is nice. Walking distance to coffees and restaurants.
