Full kitchen, furnished living room and bathroom. Situated on the 1st floor facing North and large balcony. Great place for any working professionals or travelers. Edmonton Expo, Commonwealth Stadium and LRT are walking distance, restaurants and grocery shopping located next to condo building.

Well stocked kitchen, fully furnished with Smart TV in Living room. Computer desk and chair. Lots of space.
