Publié le 28 nov. 2021 sur HotelsI book 3room for the night and i didn’t have time to check in for the 3 one because i was late to a party and when i came back to the hotel to check in the front desk guy told me i was not able to check in the room because it was too late so i had to pay the full price for a room i was not able to use plus 1 extra room because i didn’t check in early

Dear Nicholas, thank you very much for the review. I was a little confused by the comment so I did some checking to see why this would happen. It appears that you book 3 Non-Refundable rooms and one of your room is No-Show. We are very flexible in accommodating an early check-in or late check-out. Unfortunately, one of your room came after 5 in the morning and would like to check-out the next day., that is why he need to charge you for another night. Again, I would like to apologize for your negative experience.

This hotel is wonderful! It is very clean, Staff is pleasant & helpful. I was so impressed that they read my optional note and booked me in a room on the floor I requested and gave me a late check-out. MUCH better than other hotels located in area for more money. I would highly recommend!

Highly rate the hotel for quality / value. However, for me, the bed was too hard thus, uncomfortable and woke up very sore.

Saved money staying here instead of in Edmonton for a concert. All in all not very far away from Venue, close to a couple places to get coffee and food. The breakfast is VERY good.

Nice, Clean, Quiet. Will definitely stay again if in the area. Price is great too.
