Le seul souci est que la piscine était en rénovation mais ce i n était pas mentionné en ligne lors de ma réservation. Avoir accès à une piscine était important dans le choix de l hôtel. De même, c était mentionné que le petit déjeuné est disponible. Or, quand nous avons posé la question aux employés à l accueil, ils n étaient pas en mesure de répondre à nos questions. Nous avons donc laisser tomber cette option comme d ailleurs celle de la piscine.

In the commitment of enhancing our property and services, currently we are working on a full repainting project in the pool area to make it look fresher and inviting to our guest. During the process, our pool is temporarily closed, and we have updated our website as well as notified our guest in the Welcome email sent prior the guest's arrival.We really appreciate you taking the time to give us this feedback.
