Blackmailed me
Posted Aug. 22, 2023 on HomeAwayCalled me and told me to send him 250$ or else will charge me on the app to get me removed, didn’t explain what was wrong with the house after I left or what was ‘wrong’

Thank you for the response Meron, I had explained in the request I made with Vrbo.
I am also happy that you had no complaints about the house.
The $250 request was for:
1. You booked for 4 guest and you had over 12 guests in the house.
2. The house add said there was no party allowed in the house, you had a party, left the birthday cake and the house in an extremely dirty state.
3. Check out time was stated on the add as 11am, you did not leave the house until about noon.

great space
Posted Aug. 19, 2023 on HomeAwayThe place was clean and perfect size for what we needed. The remote did not work but it was relaced right away. Response time for any questions were quick. Barbecue would have been good as it was hot when we were there. Would definitely recommend and would stay again. Thanks Sam the space.

BOHO style in Edmonton
Posted May 7, 2023 on HomeAwayHouse is in a new subdivision under construction so outside yard space (including deck) was not completed yet. The house was very clean when we checked in and was very well equipped with everything we needed in kitchen. We had lots of space for 6 adults and 2 infants and appreciated having a crib, high chair and some additional toys for infants. Any messages sent to Sam were answered within 30 minutes, overall a very good stay. Thanks Sam
