Thanks for the compliment on cleanliness and location. Basement is unfinished and used for storage as stated in the listing. As per your comment on price and size, the value and size is still much better than any hotel! Cheers

Fantastic quiet location close to amenities

It was easy to find for people not familiar with Edmonton, extremely well stocked and the location, with parks and amenities close by, was perfect. Communication with the host was quick and information was comprehensive. The new beds in the 3 bedrooms were very comfortable. The 4th bed was a futon in the living/family room, right off the kitchen with no privacy, which was a bit of a surprise. Definitely recommend this property.

Cozy Place
Posted Sep. 3, 2024 on HomeAwayReally nice home. Stayed with my partner and 4 adult children. Lots of little touches from coffee, tea, comdiments in the feidge and pantry to blankets to cozy up in front of the tv. Location was exactly as we anticipated.

Great Home, Great Location!
Posted Jul. 22, 2024 on HomeAwayWell stocked lovely home. Easy communication with host. Great walking paths across the street. Excellent deck and BBQ area. Close to grocery/pharmacy/gas etc. We were visiting for a sports tournament, and it was so nice to have a home to spend time in as opposed to a hotel room. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting the area.

It’s Like A “Home Away From Home”

Excellent for families
Posted Mar. 29, 2024 on HomeAwayThis is an excellent place to stay in Edmonton. Clean, spacious, and very well-equipped and furnished. It was perfect for our family with 2 children under 3. They had a pack and play crib ready to use, and even a great assortment of toys and books. The only thing missing that would have been convenient was a high chair, but otherwise they had everything we needed. We appreciated the well-stocked pantry with a wide selection of food staple items, which made it easy to cook our own meals. And the location was perfect - close to groceries and shopping, and easy access to major routes to get around Edmonton. The host Cody was friendly, helpful, and easy to reach and very responsive. We'll stay here again next time!
