Thank you for your review. We strive to offer all guests a quick easy check in, clean comfortable guest room and a relaxing atmosphere. The saltwater pool and whirlpool are a great way to relax after a day of meetings or travel. The hot breakfast offers a variety of cereals, make it fresh waffle bar and hot food (eggs, meat and potatoes), something for everyone. The hotel is located near Highway 16, providing ease for getting in and out of the city. A variety of restaurants, shops and walking paths are located near the hotel. We appreciate you choosing Hampton Inn by Hilton Edmonton/Sherwood Park and hope to see you again soon.

service at Polos was sub par, not very friendly server and was very slow for the minimal amount of people in the restaurant.

The Hampton Inn has a wonderful breakfast with hot and cold options to choose from. Overall a good home away from home. We were very disappointed in that they are now using their pool for private swimming lessons. We were not advised of this prior to booking and were quite astonished when client after client came into the pool area unannounced. We did not know who these people were and parents/guardians were allowing others into the pool area as well, again not knowing who all these people were was very unnerving. We should have been advised of the time and dates this would be happening before booking so that we would have been able to work around this or maybe even looked at another hotel that did not do this. My understanding was that the pool was for guests only not swimming lessons with instructors. This was not a great way to end our last day in Edmonton!!

A really great stay, with incredible sound proofing lending itself to a sound sleep for a weekend, so much we missed breakfast! Oops! The bathroom was cleaned to a T, and very spacious. Would have loved to stay longer.
