They are terrible. They canceled my booking whemn i was boarding into the plane- saying my credit card is wrong. There is nothing wrong with my credit card bc I was using it even in the airport. They are not honest and they ruined my vacation in Edmonton.

The cleaning before us was rushed. One pillow had make up stains, the room smelled like dirty mop and the shower walls still had shampoo dripping. Also, they have loud music in the lobby all night and we could hear it while trying to sleep. We were in the first floor. They also need more seating at breakfast time.

Had a good night's rest. Been here for the nth time with family and friends. The cheapest within the airport area but always the best. Breakfast is good. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Rooms are always clean.
