We spent one night at Radisson (2 queen beds). When we got to our room, I saw a dead bug on my bed cover,I didnt pay much attention thinking it's just a little bug. A few hours in, we're laying on our beds watching TV. All of a sudden, I saw a live bug crawling next to my pillow.I jumped up and then I realized these are bed bugs (we googled the pictures).We're grossed out by the scene and we called front desk and requested to switch rooms. We separated all the clothes that have touched the bed from other clothes. A girl from front desk came knock on the door and handed us the key to the new room (just across our room). She didnt even want or bother to come inside, not until I asked her to come in to see for herself (as proof). She apologized and left. She did let us briefly inspect the new room, we didnt see any obvoius bugs on the new beds so we took the key. It's 11pm, we didnt have much choice. We moved everything to the new room, went showered from head to toe once again, checked the bedsheets over and over. By the time its all done, its 1am already. We didnt get any sleep that night afterall as we're constantly worried about the possibility of bed bugs. We had other issues with the new room as well, TV wasnt working, bathtub leaking with big puddles of water on the floor. Everything was just bad. During check-out, I requested to have the manager call me the next day, he said yes...but NO ONE EVER CALLED. Will never go back.

I will address this incident with our team to ensure that such a lapse in service does not happen again.As for the issues with your second room, including the non-working TV and bathtub leak, I’m sorry these additional problems further affected your stay. This is certainly not the experience we want our guests to have, and I appreciate you bringing it to our attention so we can make the necessary repairs and improvements.I also want to apologize for the lack of follow-up after your checkout request to speak with a manager. There is no excuse for this oversight, and I will ensure that we improve our communication moving forward.Please rest assured that we had responded to the bed bug issue immediately by bringing in professional pest control to inspect and treat the room. We are happy to inform that the report came clean. I understand that this experience has understandably left a negative impression, but I would like the opportunity to make it right.Again, I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and frustration you endured.
