The staff do not know where is Calgary Trail when we asked 2 of them, only to find out it is the main street out the front door. For 4 days we were mostly out of internet service and front desk not answering calls, when confronted mentioned resetting the system, calling the IT guy and so on, overall a terrible stay...the room we rented on Expedia does not look like the terribly small room we were assigned, never returning to that hotel not will i recommend it to anyone.
