Decent hotel for a decent price
Front desk staff were great, friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and clean. We had an issue with the smoke detector that was taken care of right away. Couldn’t get the tv to go passed the welcome screen, staff came and corrected that in minutes. The zebra blind didn’t work properly, passed that info on on check out. We were thanked for the info, if no one says it can’t be fixed

Compares to a sketchy motel on 118th ave
So first they didn’t have a pet friendly room for the one that we booked in hotels.com so they changed our room from a kind suit to a twin bed room with 2 beds … we were a couple staying together to get away for some romance … The room smelled like pee, the bathroom sink was not even in the bathroom ? The shower head was terrible, you could literally hear people walking around above us and doors opening and closing. The bed had stains all over the skirt, their was dust everywhere, tops of the walls, the tables, lamp shades, the air conditioning unit was FULL of dust I asked them in a text message to please clean the vent as I was itchy from my allergies and no one replied or anything. The free breakfast was subpar. I was so uncomfortable from the state of the room which caused a fight between my partner and I so I guess the separate beds worked out in that way. They offered extended stay when we got there then in the morning when I asked if we could get that extended stay so I could just stay longer and be alone they said no we don’t offer that. So not only did this place cause the end of my relationship, but it caused a uncomfortable night stay, and a waste of money and heartache. I THOUGHT RAMADA WAS A FANCY HOTEL NOT A BASICALLY SKETCHY 118th MOTEL
