The hotel was clean and it was easy to get to Roger’s Arena through the pedway. Staff were very friendly at the front desk. The one thing I was disappointed was that the elevator in the parade did not work.

We have stayed here before and it was great. So we had better expectations. Our experience this time was quite poor. The room we had wasn’t clean so we moved rooms and unfortunately the second room we had was even worst. The fridge wasn’t plugged in, the comforters were dirty the bathroom was dirty. Our parking payment got mixed up at the front desk and we we’re given a parking ticket at the end of our stay. It was just frustrating to have one thing after the next without being able to relax and enjoy our stay. Especially when your paying $500 a night to be there. The only good thing out of our experience was the staff, they were great and tried to accommodate as best as they could and eat least covered the parking ticket cost for us.

Sando hotel.
Luke warm water for shower, pedways closed early on New Year’s Eve, had to find a way outside to get back to the hotel at -25. No communication or direction this was happening. No renumeration for any of the inconveniences.
