Hotel overbooked. Got a call at 4 pm as i was in the driveway going to check in to tell me i’ve been bumped to another hotel… I had reserved a room with a king bed. Got to best western where they told me to go and got a room two double beds. So can not tell you how i found the hotel never got to go in.

Construction first thing in the morning and very loud outside our window with no notice

Worst customer service. Staff was not helpful at all. Made check in so difficult without credit card. Like a robot she kept on saying no , i cant check in without credit card. I offered her to use my debit card or take cash for damage deposit. No resolution was given the staff.
