Great stay, I would stay again! The staff was awesome, food at the pub was good, we enjoyed the hot tub and our room was comfortable and clean.

The property was dirty and poorly maintained. Front reception made it feel like I was doing something wrong by booking through Expedia.

The staff were very accommodating. We were allowed to check in early when we arrived in order to freshen up and change before attending a wedding. One of our rooms had a smell of smoke because of its proximity to a outdoor designated smoking area. The staff set up an ionizer to help.

Hello Kim, Thank you for the review. However also apologies the smoke smell from the smoking area. We will ensure that for a future stay you are in a different area as well as trying to stop any smoke from outside getting into the rooms.

The pool area was clean, friendly staff, restaurant attached to the hotel was amazing!!
