The doesn't desk as nice. The elevator didn't work, but it was easily accessible. Nice area to walk around.

Difficult to get to rooms - the restaurant did not honor the drink special for guests and food was just okay. Had issue with bill but after several emails and call it did get straightened out.

Sorry your stay was not to your liking. I apologize for our elevator being out of service. Please contact us if you care to discuss further. The restaurant has not said no to our guests in the past so we would like to get more info on that issue as well.
