Beautiful relaxing stay

Off Season Stay
Publié le 18 nov. 2024 sur HomeAwayOverall we enjoyed our stay. The condo was not big, but just what my husband and I needed for the two of us. We wanted to spend time just relaxing, so spent a lot of time there. The resort shows its age, but the condo itself has been updated. Our biggest issue was the resort did not know we were coming and the place was not clean. Housekeeping was gone for the day, so we couldn’t stay the first night. Since it was the off season they had a room available, we were still able to stay onsite and they did not charge us, but it was not convenient. We had to pack everything back up and move to a new building and go through the check in process all over again the next morning.
Pros:
-good price
-great views and secluded property
-overall things were clean
-small kitchen available for use
-king bed
-hot tub in all the buildings with outdoor pools (when warm) and an indoor pool/hot tub option in the main building
-easy access from parking lot by the side door
Cons:
-hot tub in our first building was out of order and second building the jets didn’t work; main building hot tub was not that hot (we did let the resort know about the jets)
-couch was not super comfortable- had to sit on a pillow to make the edge not so hard
-bathroom door did not close well
-nothing to store food in (containers, ziplock, etc.)- we decided to one evening and had nothing to store leftovers in- would have been nice to have something, even some aluminum foil to put over the top of a plate

Peaceful retreat

It worked
Publié le 4 nov. 2024 sur HomeAwayWasn't to far from the places we wanted to go and see. I wasnt sire what to expect it being a condo, but was not expecting it to be where it was. Didnt like that we had to walk to fitness center/pool. I assumed these were in the same building that we were in. Didnt hear really any noise so that was nice.

Great getaway
Publié le 25 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayBeautiful location tucked away in Egg Harbor. Walking trail is beautiful. (The STEEP HILL sign is no joke.) Check-in and Check-out was efficient and everyone very helpful. We loved the location, amenities, and price. We spent a few days visiting lighthouses, parks, antiquing and eating great food!

First time in Door Co.
Publié le 6 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayNice condo but you’ll need to drive to shopping areas. Plenty of kitchen utensils ect. Bed was comfy but living room furniture could use updated. Once you figure out where to park it’s very close to room. This condo worked well and we’d recommend to others.
