Cher pour ce que c'est. Note 5/10

Bon accueil, Chambre en rez de chaussée juste devant un gros escalier servant l'étage. Chambre en fin de rénovation (Pas de portant pour le linge, pas de cintre pour le linge, pas de réveil) manque le sèche cheveux en Sdb. le nouveau parquet est sale car non entretenu. Le jacuzzi n'est pas ouvert, la cour est un dépôt de matériel, l'hotel est en travaux. Le déjeuner succinct mais avec fruit frais.

I would have given them a higher rating however i had quite a bizarre experience checking in. Checking in was fine but when I got to my room and tried to unlock the door, it kept giving me an error. I repeadedly attempted to unlock the door when someone inside abruptly opened the door who was twice my size and weight! He asked me "what the hell? Why are you trying to get into my room?" I thought he was going to flip out on me when i quickly showed him my room keys and sleeve which read "room 119". Room 119 had been taken and woukd be taken through the weekend. The man and his wife were in the room and luckily had the door locked from the inside. I was mortified thinking what if they hadn't locked the door, what if they were sleeping, showering, or who knows what else. Can you imagine someone walking into your hotel room while you and your spouse were in, let's say, a very private moment!! Or just as bad, how about if they weren't there but their personal belongings were in the room? Let's say the person walking into their room was shady and/or not honest. Imagine the liability!! Insult to injury, the couple in the room looked at me sideways as if i were lying. It wasnt until i showed them the key and repeated over and over how embarrassing it was for me. I quickly suggested we both go to he front desk to get this staightened out. Unfortunately i had to wait about 30 minutes to get my room reassigned. Was stuck listening to the front desk argue fault with other customer.

Semi clean our floor had a puddle we didn't know where it came from, Soda machine stole our coins, neighborhood kind of sketchy, but the bed was clean and comfy.
