Loved our stay there during our anniversary celebration. Staff was great and so was the resort and more than anything loved the pool area but the only complaint we had was the mattress we both woke up with sore backs every morning but other than that we loved everything but don’t know if we would go back because of the mattress

front desk employees and customer service was great, however ac in room did not work very well and some of the dealers at the table games were rude as hell. food was average. there for my bday, told everyone at all restaurants we visited including bull and bourbon, no one seemed to care or acknowledge it whatsoever and players card program is awful, little to no perks. its ok, but skip the players card and dont go if your celebrating a special occasion and hope to feel special.. there much better casinos/resorts for that sorta thing..
