Poor Service, weird rules!
Publié le 26 août 2024 sur HotelsThey will not allow me to walk around with any drinks or food that I brought myself while on the casino floor. They also gave very very poor customer service when trying to redeem a $10 promo bonus sign up with their gambling club. Would not stay here again.

Adults Only & Lazy River
Publié le 22 août 2024 sur HotelsWe went mostly for the adults only and lazy river aspect. That was awesome! The pool service was not that great. At the time we visited apparently there was a bee issue one pool bars was closed. The pool area could have had better service, we managed to get a drink and some food at the other pool bar before they closed. Not sure what time it was, but seemed early to close for a pool bar. Some people were not happy. The rooms did not have a set of drinking glasses which I thought was a standard. It’s just convenient to have. Overall, the property is well kept with various places to get a drink and food. Would visit again!

We enjoyed the hotel, the pool was fantastic there were plenty of dining options and no need to leave the property for any reason which was nice. Everyone was very friendly and helpful.

Great Resort and Casino
