Charming stay

Staff were friendly and helpful and the on-site restaurant was great food and convenient - we were even able to take wine back to our room from there even though it's separately operated from the hotel. Room was spacious - though we requested one bed, we were allocated a twin room - not a big deal as the beds were still comfortable, it just wasn't acknowledged that the room preference could not be met. The accessibility of the power plugs in the room wasn't ideal - nothing by the beds or the desk. And a mini fridge in the room would have been helpful. Short taxi or a 15/20 min walk to restaurants in town depending on how far along the main street you go.

This hotel is just a little bit off the main drag in El Calafate, which we enjoyed because it was very peaceful but still walkable. The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful; they gave us some great recommendations for dining options in the area and made us feel very welcome during our stay!

Good meal at the onsite restaurant. About a 20 minute walk to town. Very quiet location. Great breakfast. Some issues with our toilet but that was addressed.

Comfy, clean room. The best is the food and atmosphere at the restaurant/ bar. Perfect for an amazing meal after a hike. Very relaxing. The breakfast was amazing! Make sure you leave time to enjoy it!!

Posted Jan. 7, 2024 on HotelsHotel is really good and in a great location - 15’ walk to the city center. Breakfast is amazing and super complete, friendly staff, clean rooms.
The restaurant is own by a different company and you can’t charge it to the room.
