The staff was great, Juan was the first person that welcomed us with a friendly and professional service. He helped us and answered all the questions we had. The room was clean and spacious. Their breakfast was delicious and Lorena was the person in charge also always with a smile, their lobby was clean and comfortable

We stayed here for one night before tour as we could knock it in the hotel we had to meet at which was only down the block. The room was fine. The staff was friendly, and the included breakfast was sufficient.

Great, clean, livin big in El Calfate
Amazing hotel. Clean, comfortable rooms, great bathroom/water pressure in the shower, very spacious, kind staff, great breakfast to get you fueled up for all your adventures. Not worth saving money to stay at more budget places because this place really isn’t that much more but offers so much better amenities you want after a long day of hiking.
