Un peu déçus
Publié le 14 févr. 2019 sur HotelsLa cabaña est bien située non loin du centre d'El Chalten. Elle pourrait être très agréable et confortable avec un peu plus d'équipements de base.

Lamentamos que hayas notado faltas de comfort en la cabaña y nos gustaria que nos lo hubieras dicho durante la misma para subsanar esta situacion. De todas formas si tenes ganas y tiempo y como siempre queremos mejorar nuestro servicio por favor aceptaremos tus sugerencia de que notaste que faltaba para disfrutar aun mas de tu estadia.

Read the other reviews, this place is not worth staying at. First of all she was incredibly rude. If someone visited my country I would not act like I expect them to know information. She went out of her way to tell me she’s a “feminist” I don’t see how that hat anything to do with the rental. There was a dirty sock and dirty pantyhose next to our bed. The bathroom door does not shut - at all. Supposedly there are new carpets upstairs but what we saw was a cup on the carpet gathering the falling watery from the broken heater. Closet doors didn’t work. Did I mention she was rude? Definitely the most rude “host” I’ve ever experienced. Spend a couple extra bucks and stay at the hotel around the corner and it’s much more worth your time and money. You didn’t travel thousands of miles away to stay at an overpriced (for the condition) place and be talked down to.

Hi thanks for you remarks, we are a small company so according to Argentinian tax laws it is impossible for us to deduct VAT value to foreigners hence we always send a full confirmation including this information for your decision prior to arrival to avoid surprises and you are always welcome to take another booking if you do not agree with the conditions instead!
