Très bien mais excentré
Publié le 24 févr. 2024 sur HotelsBon hôtel moderne tout confort. Seul problème il est à 20 minutes du centre-ville. Il y a un service de navette organisée par l’hôtel mais à heures fixes. Ne pas manquer la plage Lio en contrebas de l’hôtel très agréable surtout en fin de journée. Essayer le restaurant méditerranéen Punta Playa. On recommande l’hôtel et le restaurant

A nice hotel with free shuttle bus from/to the airport, city centre, and beach. The staff were super nice, the hotel was mostly clean (pool had algae), and okay food.

Overall good, with just a few minor issues.
Publié le 1 mai 2024 sur HotelsOverall, it was a good experience. The bed was comfortable, the A/C ran consistently without issue, and the room was very clean.
My wife and I utilized their laundry service, which wasn’t as quick as we would’ve liked. We gave them our dirty laundry at around 9pm the night we arrived, and received it back at around 5pm the next day, despite the laundry instruction sheet stating that it would be returned to us by noon the next day. Not a huge deal, but worth noting.
The only other issue we had was a lack of consistent hot water. We brought it to the attention of the hotel staff, but whatever solution they implemented didn’t seem to fix it. Since our stay was just for 2 nights, we didn’t press it further.
