Everything was very nice. Only complaints are; most of the power outlets didn't work in the room and the shutting of other traveller's doors were very loud and violent.

Not Great, will not be returning for another visit
The staff were very nice and professional but the room wasn't the best. The carpets were dirty, the bathroom floor was sticky and we could hear everything through the walls. It was loud every time someone in the room above us flushed the toilet. The AC was rattling loudly and woke me up several times throughout the night. I barely woke up in time for checkout due to how loud it was at night. I was hoping for a relaxing night away but it was far from that unfortunately.

I had a reservation and because I was 20 not 21 I could not check in. I had asked if I could get a refund and they said I had to call Expedia. When I called Expedia they told me to call the doubletree and they will refund me because it was already past the check in time. I called back I spoke with 3 different people and they just kept putting me on hold to finally tell me I would get a call back because it was under my dads name(Michael Esparza) which he never got a call back and no refund. Will never go back and if u can’t check in 21 or under please post it that way people know
