Everything was dirty once I arrived Sheets , bathroom , kitchen furniture everything did not like it at all

This place gives budget a whole new name. From the photos online and the outside (from a distance) this looks like a heck of a deal! We had a last minute trip to El Paso while my Dad was in ICU at UMC, so we were not being too picky on our hotel selection. Just needing a good price in a safe area that was available the day of arrival. Let me list the issues so that you do not make our mistake. Immediately after paying, our desk attendant let us know that the elevators were not working. Our room was on the 2nd floor, we are 51 and 70 years old. Guess what, no refunds! No one at the desk after 10pm. We had to request hand towels and wash cloths and they were resistant to give them to us without bringing our dirty ones to them. Problem is, we never had any clean ones to begin with. We had no lamp in the room, just the harsh overhead can lights blaring down on us. I am guessing at one time there was a lamp..... The entire outside of the fridge was rusted. The inside was clean. The kitchen area was WELL used. One light in the bathroom worked. There were three. One blinked off and on every so often. It brought back my club days. The other one never turned on. The bathroom itself had a dirty floor with a buckshot pellet and someone else's hair in the corner. I am fairly certain the entire place was made out of heavy duty cardboard. The person above us paced back and forth for hours during the night. It was horrible. No blankets on beds. Do not stay here!
