"Our stay was amazing. The hotel is very modern, great A/C. The location is the best. Right in the middle of everything with a view of the water. Any excursions leaving on boats leave right out front of the hotel. The staff was amazing and speaks English perfect. Breakfast on the roof over looking the water was a great way to start the day. Don't forget the convent store right in the bottom of the hotel that has soft server ice cream. Could not say enough great things about this place."

A nice touch: the property allows guests to use a refrigerator (although, locked overnight), and they have a refillable water station. I thought the staff were extremely nice during breakfast and when asking questions about the area. "

"First time in Galapagos and the staff and management at the Indigo made it the most amazing trip. They were very helpful in booking different activities and restaurants. The staff also made great drinks and food was excellent at the hotel. It is by far the most luxurious option in Galapagos. While some write about it being a higher price point, it is fully worth it for the level of service, cleanness of rooms, quality of food and hotel.
