Spacious townhouse on the beach of Valdelagrana, one of the best areas of El Puerto de Santa Maria.

It has two parking spaces, WiFi, air conditioning and 4 bicycles.

Maximum capacity is for eight people and is an ideal alternative for families with children.



The house has 3 spacious bedrooms with ceiling fans and air conditioning. Two of the bedrooms have double beds and one with two bunk beds. Two of the bedrooms have built-in closets.

There are three bathrooms, one on the ground floor with shower and the other two on the second floor with bathtub and bidet, one of them en suite.

On the second floor there is additionally a storage room with ironing board and iron.

On the first floor we find the living room with fan and air conditioning, TV and a small dining room. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge-freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, oven, coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster, kitchenware, utensils etc. The kitchen is connected to the backyard and a cozy dining area with ceiling fan.



This property´s parking is public. A few meters away you have access to the beach (about 450 meters), the promenade full of restaurants and the wonderful natural park Los Toruños. The supermarket Dia and Carrefour Express, and the bank Unicaja is within walking distance (about 1.1 km). If you wish to get to know the surrounding towns and villages better, you have easy access to Cadiz, Seville, Vejer, El Palmar etc. via the N-IVa highway. In the backyard we have a nice area with table, chairs, awning and barbecue. In the front yard we have apart from the entrance, plants and a table with chairs. The basement is connected to the two parking spaces available in the house, equipped as a living room with TV. Here you will also find the 4 bicycles that are at your disposal during your stay.

Excepcional. Todo ha sido de nuestro agrado, la casa está superequipada, tiene de todo y más de lo que nos podíamos imaginar. Muy cerca de la playa, a cinco minutos caminando.
