Des insectes à l'intérieur (!!!) et des habitants permanents dans la chambre d'à côté avec un chien passant la tete par la porte et pret à devorer les passants (re !!!)

Clean and comfortable with technical difficulties
Publié le 19 août 2024 sur HotelsSo the first room they put me in has a non operational fridge, so I called the desk and they immediately switched me rooms. Second room fridge worked but the remote for the TV wouldn't change the channel. I called the desk and they sent someone to take a look at it but no one really knew how to fix it. I pulled up the cable company website to troubleshoot the remote to no avail. They told me the night shift worker would have a better chance to fix it and to call the desk in a couple hours. I did and the guy was pretty curt and didn't even come look and didn't offer to change my room. So I did my entire stay on Comedy Central which luckily I like well enough. The room was clean, the AC worked great, breakfast was delicious and the pool was lovely and not over chlorinated. Paying full price for a room with only one channel sticks in my teeth a little though, and that's why I only gave 4 stars.

Convenient and clean.
Publié le 7 août 2024 sur HotelsIt was clean and roomy. Check-in was easy. Everyone was friendly. We needed a place to crash over night on our journey back home. And for that reason, we didn’t get to experience breakfast as we left before the start of breakfast.

We only stayed 1 night and wasn't at the hotel long but it wasn't horrible. I'd stay here again!
