Terrible

Got here late. Called to say we would be coming in late. Got here, got our room, loaded everything up went to second floor and keys would not work. Went back downstairs he “fixed” the key card. Back upstairs to try again. Still doesn’t work. Front desk person had to come up to unlock the door with a regular key. Key cards won’t work because the door needs batteries. Tried to turn the TV on…came on but said no signal. He had to come back upstairs to fix the TV. It is now 1:40 a.m. and really want to find another hotel. Too late. Don’t stay here.

Bed Bugs

Staff was super nice. Or room was ok & we checked it, until we found a Bed Bug the next morning. Please check your room 😩 WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! Have pictures but wouldn't let me upload.

We had to switch rooms twice and in the confusion I forgot my iPad! Luckily an honest housekeeper turned it in.
