Avis Beautiful 5-bedroom villa with pool and jacuzzi

The property was a great place for our 10 person, 3 generation vacation. Very spacious with a huge area to gather but the bedroom layout makes it easy to get away when you need some quiet, or to work. WiFi easily handled all 10 people. The pool was a perfect escape from the heat and the outdoor BBQ area always had a great breeze. The beach was a short walk to get down the cliff and had great snorkling. El Sargento has a laid back vibe with most everything you need: great food, activities, a small grocery. The property's owner and nearby caretaker were very responsove especially when an AC unit died on a Sunday and needed to be repleaced. The house had every amenity we needed. We left with so many memories!

Our group had a wonderful time! The place was beautiful, the views, the property. We'll be back!

We were looking for something right on the beach...this turned out to be on a bluff, a short drive. Kitchen could use some updates (cabinet drawers mainly), pool-side glasses (aka plastic glasses), serving trays and mixing bowls would have been nice. Just needs a good go-thru. Had no water the first night, then no hot water the next, then no water, then no water again our last day. And the toilets were hit and miss. Flushed sometimes, or not, and other times would not shut off. You get the idea. Doable, but unexpected and annoying. Location great if you're a kiter! Not so good for swimming/snorkeling, very rocky. Would have been nice to have some favorites in the notebook from owner...what to do in around town, best snorkeling/swimming beaches and restaurants. Wifi was on again off again...just be prepared. All in all we enjoyed our stay.

We had a wonderful time staying in Mexico this year. The property suited our needs and was exactly as described. We would absolutely stay there again.
