Fantastic apartment. The only thing I would say is the difficulty parking the car in the underground car park

Lovely apartment close to lifts

Was allocated an apartment that was not the spec we payed for. Trying to change the apartment the next day proved very difficult because reception staff could not understand our needs. The change of apartment was achieved some 6 hours later. The kitchen (self catered) only had one saucepan and one baking tray but two frying panes to cook for 4 people. other than that the apartment was very good.

we didn't have no phone no. we can call.
there was not manu people on the street to ask for help. after someone gave us your phone we called and recieved the code for collecting the key.
after looking fir the room we realized it was not the same building of the safebox. It took us almost an hour to get to the room.
please change the methood and give the guest phone number theu can call.
