Chambre propre mais une très mauvaise odeur dans la chambre et à l'étage. Correct pour une nuit.

Propre, pratique et accueillant
Publié le 9 août 2015 sur HotelsHôtel bien tenu au personnel courtois et accueillant, près des principaux services (restos, supermarché, stations service). La chambre était propre, vaste et confortable.Piscine petite mais agréable. Parfait pour une famille sur la route.

Surprisingly good hotel for the price. Room was spacious with two windows and an actual working hvac unit (rare these days to get one that works properly). No smells (like mold or even cleaning products), which I really appreciated. Bed was comfortable and sheets were soft and nice. Bathroom was spacious and clean (except mold under bathtub caulking). The hard floors keep the place smelling better and stay clean better, so bring some slippers. Breakfast options were good. Staff was very kind. Quiet except some traffic noise in the mornings. Overall a very good stay for a great price.

The hotel staff were very pleasant and accommodating to our needs. Hence the 2 stars. It would otherwise be 1 start. Serious updates need to be made. 1 elevator that was super slow. Dirty tubs and some coating at the bottom of the tub the was absolutely disgusting. Cleaning service didn't clean and we had to call front desk. She was kind of enough of clean it herself. We only stayed because we didn't have any other options unfortunately. Carpet would be great. Room felt drafty and cold. We did like the spaciousness but that's it. TV should offer streaming services. It's 2024. Please make some updates. And the TV dude was weird and hard to decipher. Not a good stay for us. We tolerated it but most likely will not stay here again.

Could not use pool due to garbage odor. Pungent and pool did not appear clean.
Tub area had mold around grab bar in tub.
Staff were nice and accommodating and the room was clean

I don’t often write reviews, but my experience was so bad that it warrants one.
My room was dirty. The A/C unit in the room was a through-the-wall type. Apparently it was not sealed well to the outside as there were bugs, both dead and alive, on the floor around the unit and elsewhere about the room. The bathroom had hair throughout on my arrival. It was not well cleaned to say the least. The smell outside on my final day/night was horrible (think dead animal mixed with dirty diapers). The window unit pulled this nasty air into the room and it smelled just as the outside did. I ended up leaving a night early as it was unbearable. I complained to the front desk, but received only a half hearted obligatory “sorry” from one of the three people behind the desk. I will never come back and advise others against staying here. There certainly is no “Comfort” to be had at this hotel.

Thank you for letting us know about your stay. I am sorry that one of our guest hit a shunk on there travels we did inform guest to park as far away from the hotel if they can in which they did.
