Our stay in paradise!
Publié le 19 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayThe stay was absolutely amazing! The view of Lake Norfork was breathtaking! Stepping foot into the cabin was very welcoming and we felt at home right away. We plan to make another trip out there in the future ❤️

Squirrel problems
Publié le 24 juin 2024 sur HomeAwayWe had such high hopes for this site for our family vacation. There is a great ping pong and pool table to use. Our vacation took a turn for the worst when we kept noticing feces landing on the table, coffee table, couches, and the floor. We noticed some when we first arrived, but we are no strangers to the country, and a mouse or two for the location would not be a surprise. I swept it up and started to get comfortable with the family to enjoy our time. By morning, we noticed more feces on the floor and table, which started getting a little disgusting. We cleaned it up again and continued. By lunchtime, we were playing a game in the living room, and having the feces drop from the ceiling onto our game board, we had reached our limit. We contacted our contact person and were informed the owners were aware of a squirrel problem. I was also told to reach out to the Evolve team for assistance if we had more issues. Which we did. Thankfully, due to them and the pictures that we sent them of the issues, we got a refund for the remainder of our week, and they helped us find another location to complete our vacation. As for this particular house, I hope the owners hire someone to take care of the infestation and do not harass the next renter who comes along and complains about an issue like this. To us, it was very unprofessional and insulting when the owner of the property reached out, telling us the problem was not that bad on two separate phone calls.

Very roomy for 9 of us and 2 dogs
Publié le 5 avr. 2024 sur HomeAwayHouse was very nice and big, ticks were very bad, house smelled outside of waste. Also found roach outside on railing.
Be nice if didn't use all supplies from dollar store. Soaps, tissues. Need new ping pong balls, and pool sticks.
But our family had fun.

Nice Cabin and beautiful views

Lovely stay
Publié le 18 janv. 2024 sur HomeAwayClean, vaulted ceiling, open, rustic with all the amenities. Atop a mountain with lake views. And to top it off the host had it decorated for Xmas with a beautiful decorated tree. Why wouldn’t you want to stay here!!!

Summer vacation

Greatest location to getaway
Publié le 14 juill. 2023 sur HomeAwayBeautiful cabin that sleeps ten. Best place to relax and enjoy your family. Nearby Norfolk Lake offers great fishing, water skiing and boating and more. The view from the balcony of the Lake is amazing. Angela, the caretaker was very friendly and supportive. Great lady.

Spacious cabin with a great view!

The cabin is beautiful and spacious with a great view! So homey and cozy! We had fun playing ping pong and pool after a day at the lake! Definitely recommend it!
