The heater was not working right after I want to set up 78 but it only goes up to 76 with cold and hot air coming. I already told front desk this am. Wish I could get some money back. Not satisfied!!!

A new hotel, renovated with a new paint smell? Room 201's bathroom door hinges need to be repaired, adjusted or replaced. Maybe door framing was not installed correctly. Door hinges creak and click loudly. Room was very clean.

Nice clean updated hotel. Definitely worth the price we paid. If we are ever in area again we will definitely stay again

I have stayed at this Best Western on 3 previous occasions. As always, the hotel was very clean. The breakfast was good with a wide variety of items from which to choose. They have a new coffee machine that allows you to select specialty coffees (available at all times), however decaffeinated coffee is no longer an option for guests. I would suggest that they make this available in a separate carafe like they used to provide. The staff was very friendly and professional. I would have given the hotel 5 stars if it hadn’t been for the noise level. There were children running up and down the hall on the third floor where I was staying , with parents and children all speaking very loudly, until very late at night. This is not the fault of the hotel management, however, it did prevent me from getting a good rest. Therefore, I gave this hotel a 4 star rating.
