Our room smells cigarette

Stinky cigarette smell

Th front desk person Autumn was friendly and helpful. This supposed to be a no smoking hotel but our room stunk of old cigarette smoke. In the past I have stayed here but may look for a different hotel next time.

The day shift staff was very nice night shift girl slept and then was rude when woke up

Nope. Not staying again

Nice check in but then random people hitting people’s doors, Roman and child screaming next door at midnight, snd people above us super loud. Need to soundproof or reinsulate walls and floors.
