GUEST ACCESS:
The apartment building is located at our home. We live in the house next door. Guests have full access to the apartment as well as the front porch of the apartment unit.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
Important: We are committed to protecting our properties and keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations, which is why you will be asked to complete our independent verification via SUPERHOG.
Please note: Before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details with us to complete your booking. You will be contacted via email and/or text to complete the verification.
You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit or buying a non-refundable damage waiver. We suggest you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking.
The max occupancy is 4 guests. Daytime visitors are welcome, but must not stay overnight. There is a $200 per person penalty charge for overnight guests over the max occupancy.
Parking is available for up to 2 vehicles only. If additional parking is needed, this must be approved PRIOR to booking. Parking for additional vehicles is not guaranteed, but we are happy to provide directions to a local free lot if unable to accommodate the additional parking request. Any unapproved vehicles on the property will be asked to leave.
There is a surveillance camera on the exterior of the property facing the driveway for security reasons only and to ensure guest safety. There are no security cameras located inside the apartment.
The stairs in the home are steep. Hand railings are up to code standard and new carpeting has been installed to help increase guest safety. However, please use caution when traveling up and down the stairs.
HOUSE RULES:
- Smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply with the non-smoking policy will incur penalty charges .
- No pets.
- Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 7 am. We must be respectful of our our neighbors including those living in the apartment building.
