The staff were great and the rooms were great. They were clean and spacious. The only thing I wish could have been a little better was the hotel store was always almost empty every night. So if that could be better stocked it would have been perfect.

Publié le 11 août 2024 sur HotelsThe hotel was nice, as were the rooms. However, the shower curtain in the bathroom was too short so water flooded the floor. The walls were pretty thin so you could hear your neighbors. And, the doors had gaps in them and were short (probably from the switch from carpet to linoleum flooring), so you could hear every sound from the hallway. There was a variety of breakfast foods which was nice.

I was so disappointed in this stay. Would not recommend this hotel. The front desk girl was not pleasant at all. Not a good first impression. The only things that were clean in our room were the sheets and the towels. The floors were dirty. The bathroom had hair everywhere. Had to wipe the hair off the toilet to be able to use. The shower had hair on the walls and floor. The counter and sink had hair. Absolutely disgusting. We have stayed at Country Inn and Suites before and never had these issues. Don’t stay here!!
