I checked in on Tuesday September 24 to find out i made the reservation on for the wrong date. The young lady fixed it for me and unfortunately, i lost her name . It was about 4 pm and I would give her a 6 star rating. I am a business consultant and she surpasses the words, excellent service.

We only stayed one night, and it was a late check in, but the room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the staff was very friendly. Would stay again!!

This was a return trip to this location. My experience at this location six weeks ago was so stellar that I would not travel to the Elizabethtown area without staying at this particular Holiday Inn express. The staff is first rate. The accommodations are first rate. Everything is sparkling clean. Couldn’t ask for a better hotel experience.

Very nice property off of i65. Spacious facility, plenty of options for continental breakfast. Beds were very comfortable, nice outdoor space with fireplaces. Can walk to BoomBazz pizza next door and close to other food.
