We were given a handicapped accessible room which was fine but the bathroom had so little space for putting any items on a counter and the shower sprayed water everywhere on the bathroom floor. Also we could hear the tv in the next room way too loud. Very little soundproofing in this hotel.

Pool was not clean and had worker knock on door and let himself in had no chace to react

The young lady who checked us in was informative and friendly. The hotel and rooms were clean and comfortable. I will say that there were questionable people hanging around outside of the hotel in the parking lot

We take safety and security seriously. Our front desk, does verify they are a guest of the hotel, otherwise we ask them to leave.
