Ozone machines are 80$

Spent 39$ for a night so I was not expecting the Ritz. Staff was great and very helpful. However it is supposed to be a smoke free motel. It is not I even switched rooms they both smelt so bad. All they need are a few ozone machines to treat the rooms. I think it use to be a smoking motel. Other than that no problems. Clean rooms.

A little makeup on the pillow cases and we get charged $25 for it? Never in my years of staying in hotels have I ever hear of some bologna.
