- situation : à l'écart de la ville d'Ella, donc au calme, loin de l'agitation
- vue splendide depuis la terrasse
- propreté impeccable
- personnel très sympathique même si pas toujours très compétent (le matin avant notre arrivée, il nous été indiqué à tort qu'il n'y avait aucune réservation, ce qui nous a pourri toute notre matinée à essayer de trouver une solution alternative pour qu'au final on apprenne plusieurs heures après qu'ils avaient retrouvé la réservation ; on a été surclassés)

- globalement, la décoration est vieillissante
- le prix est excessif pour le Sri Lanka et la prestation fournie

Nilakshi in the front office and Sanjeewa in the restaurant are amazing. Also I should mention Udesh, Manager. Foods were fantastic.
Thank you all and others making our stay at Echo unforgettable. We have stayed some upscale hotels in the Ella area, but Echo is the best. We highly recommend this place.

The location of the property, provided a quiet, calm and very scenic spot and still within walking distance to the very busy town of Ella

The Place to stay in Elle

Staff are very courteous and always helpful. Thoroughly recommended.

The hotel is situated in a lovely area. The staff gave excellent service and were very kind. The chef is an excellent cook. All in all this was a fantastic stay.
