Podrían mejorar un poco la habitación del baño.
El acceso en coche es difícil y estrecho en la última parte del camino. Recomiendo dejar el coche antes de la estación de policía.
Como cosas a favor:
Propietarios muy acogedores y serviciales.
Para pasar una o dos noches cumple si tu presupuesto es bajo.
La habitación estaba muy limpia.
Está a 5 minutos andando de la calle principal de Ella.
Está a 5 minutos andando de la Estación de tren.

Awesome staff, really helpful, quiet. Little bit basic, but overall good hotel. Probably the best one I have stayed in for it’s location and staff

Great stay with an inviting loving family. Quiet but walking distance to town. Stairs will be challenging for someone not in good physical condition. Hope to return someday. Great price and would recommend to any travel looking to calm and simple side of Ella.

Good all round choice
Publié le 29 mars 2019 sur HotelsThis is family run guest house conveniently located within walking distance of the railway station. Also only a 4 minute walk into the town centre ( which is fairly hectic at times ) This is located far enough away to be quiet and peaceful . You can hear the weekend cricket , but I think probably just about everyone in Ella can as well. The breakfasts were excellent and the staff friendly and helpful. I would recommend this as a place to stay.

ERA LA PRIMA VOLTA CHE PRENOTAVO SU HOTEL.COM E PENSAVO CHE I DATI DELLA CARTA VENISSERO CHIESTI SOLO COME GARANZIA, DATO CHE ALTRI SITI FUNZIONANO COSI, INVECE L'IMPORTO DEL PERNOTTAMENTO è STATO ADDEBITATO ED HO PAGATO UNA SECONDA VOLTA IN ALBERGO IN CONTANTI. I SIGNORI DELLA GUEST HOUSE SONO STATI DOPPIAMENTE SCORRETTI:
1) QUANDO HO CHIESTO IL CONTO NON MI HANNO AVVISATO DELL'AVVENUTO ADDEBITO SULLA CARTA E SI SONO INTASCATI L MIO PAGAMENTO IN CONTANTI
2) IL GIORNO SUCCESSIVO, QUANDO MI SONO ACCORTO DEL DOPPIO ADDEBITO, LI H CONTATTATI TRAMITE WHATS APP MA SI SONO RIFIUTATI DI CORRISPONDERMI IL SACROSANTO RIMBORSO , CAMPANDOMI UN SACCO DI SCUSE PUERILI..
INOLTRE, OLTRE AD VERMI RUBATO 26 EURO, MI HANNO PURE FATTO PAGARE DUE GIORNI DI AFFITTO PER UN MOTORINO CHE HO UTILIZZATO 26 ORE..
ESPERIENZA TOTALEMENTE NEGATIVA, EVITATELO!!!
CERTO CHE UN ALBERGATORE CHE PERDE LA FACCIA PER 26 EURO è MESSO PROPRIO MALE...

We are very disappoint to sir. First thing that communication problem. Hotel.com customers pay with online. I think you can't understand English. You booked our room but never talk to us you never paid us your friend talk to us. He said he want to pay cash we said you don't need pay your already pay by card and he said they want to stay one more night. but that days our rooms all are full. we help you we arrange another guest house. you paid to us extra night and we gave other gust house man that money we said you don't to need pay him you all done but you paid to him and you tell me that matter but i ask other guest house owner but you didn't pay him. we help your beggars and you said you want to another day scooter we said but you have to pay for 2 days you agree. Now your saying that why sir we help you but you rate our hotel very poorly. I think you don't understand English very well it's not problem but you said like this it's not good for our business. We really care our gusts and i don't know but i complain this matter for hotel.com and we never recommend you sir.
