Very good 3 night stay. Staff very helpful Breakfast very good .The rooms clean comfortable and quiet. Bar area welcoming with a good range of drinks. Ideal location for Cheshire oaks.

Property and room were clean. Parking is difficult. The beds were awful, it was like being on a bouncy castle, this is an issue were have come accross with holiday inns previously. Breakfast was ok, again would be better if you could get your own hot drinks as staff were busy with each other.

Dinner?….. not for me.
Bed and room all very good. Disappointed with the dinner. Half the menu wasn’t available. What I did have wasn’t that great either. Portions were small. Ice cream had clearly defrosted and then refrozen. Didn’t want to say anything at the time. Coffee at breakfast was bitter, obviously overheated. I’d stay again, but only bed and breakfast

Five Stars
3rd year of staying here after Black Friday sales shopping. As always the hotel and staff were fantastic, Room is always great with all the usual amenities. This year we made full use of the room service option after a drink in the bar, £4 tray charge which is very reasonable and very quick service to bring the food. Breakfast is always a winner here with a great selection, Something for everyone. Staff are attentive without being over the top.

Good Hotel with everything you need
Service very good Simple but clean, comfy and just what we needed after a long day at Cheshire Oaks Shame the coffee machine wasn’t working at breakfast but filter coffee was fine. Brekkie very good and a lot of choice.
